Pieter Raven leads Tiberone’s operations in the Netherlands, where he is responsible for delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes and strengthening long-term client partnerships. With over two decades of experience in enterprise service management and digital transformation, Pieter brings deep technical expertise and a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

He has played a central role in building one of Tiberone’s longest-standing client relationships with Vodafone Ziggo, guiding their service management journey from early Remedy implementations in 2006 through to the successful migration to BMC Helix in 2024. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring large-scale transformation programmes are delivered smoothly, securely, and with minimal disruption.

Pieter is known for his hands-on leadership style, combining technical depth with a pragmatic approach to solving complex challenges. From leading large-scale Agile transformation programmes to mentoring high-performing teams, he focuses on delivering reliable platforms and future-ready solutions that support long-term innovation.

Through close collaboration with clients and partners, Pieter continues to help organisations modernise their service management capabilities and prepare for the next generation of intelligent, AI-enabled operations.
