Philip Hogan founded Tiberone over 25 years ago and has guided its growth from a two-person startup in the UK into a trusted technology partner supporting major organisations across Europe. Under his leadership, Tiberone has built a reputation for delivering enterprise service management and automation solutions that help organisations modernise operations and achieve measurable outcomes.

Before establishing Tiberone, Phil developed broad international experience across engineering, training, and enterprise software. His early career included engineering roles in remote locations, training teams in Aberdeen, and supporting the global expansion of the Remedy platform—experiences that helped shape his understanding of both technology and the people who deliver it.

Today, Phil focuses on Tiberone’s long-term strategy, expanding the company’s capabilities beyond traditional reselling into services, automation, and AI-led innovation. His leadership emphasises independence, expertise, and building sustainable value for both clients and employees.

A strong advocate for developing people and partnerships, Phil believes that long-term success is built on trust, collaboration, and strong teams.

Outside of work, he is a former triathlete and open-water swimmer, and an avid reader who regularly shares book recommendations across the company.
