To tackle these challenges, Vodafone Ziggo leaned heavily on its enduring relationship with Tiberone-working closely with Tiberone's Netherlands team, BMC, and its in-house IT teams.
The BMC Helix ITSM migration spanned four environments—development, testing, change, and production—guided by Agile sprints and tailored governance. With full admin rights from BMC, Tiberone delivered a bespoke migration plan.
Legacy scripts were replaced with cloud-native automation, consolidating key ITSM functions under Helix. Upgraded Smart Reports enhanced visibility, creating a secure, streamlined, and fully automated ITSM landscape.

VodafoneZiggo Group B.V. is a leading Dutch telecommunications provider offering mobile, fixed, and integrated communication and entertainment services to consumers and businesses across the Netherlands.
Since the collaboration began in 2006, Tiberone-led by Managing Director Pieter and his dedicated team in the Netherlands-has played a pivotal role in Vodafone Ziggo's IT evolution, from the early implementation of Remedy ITSM to the seamless migration to BMC Helix in 2024.

The Challenge
Vodafone Ziggo's legacy Remedy ITSM platform had served the company well for years, but evolving business demands made a shift to the cloud essential.
